Oliver Farm: Oliver Farm was established in 1855 by Leonard Oliver. Today, Charles Oliver Jr. and wife Debbie run the dairy farm, and have been making raw milk cheese for over 9 years. Raw milk cheese is made from whole unpasteurized dairy from their own grass fed cows.
Organic Cheese: Unlike commercial cheeses, Oliver Farm certified organic cheeses are a living food that changes flavor and texture with the seasons; and with proper storage raw milk cheese does not expire! It ages and becomes sharper over time.
Handmade Cheese: Our customers also appreciate that Oliver Farm's handmade cheese are made with the finest including vegetable-based rennet non-GMO cultures, and sea salt preservative. Their artisanal cheese is also soy-free and contains no added colors.
Packaging: We carry all your favorite cheeses in 6 ounce to 8 ounce packages or 5 pound blocks. Select from Oliver Farm's Raw Milk Organic Blue, Feta, Muenster, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Provolone, Swiss as well as Farm House or Sharp Cheddar.
